Sara Rossling is an independent curator and writer with an MA in Curating Art and a BA in Art History from Stockholm University. Her background is in textiles and working as a cultural producer and initiator of projects. Rossling values collaborations and engages in artistic responses to societal issues, histories, climate change, cross-disciplinary thinking, and decolonial thought. She has curated and co-curated exhibitions, projects, and public programs in Sweden and internationally. In addition, she has teached at art schools, worked with public art, residencies and research-oriented programs in various formats. Some of the institutions she has worked for is Iaspis/ the Swedish Arts Grants Committee, the Public Art Agency Sweden, and the Royal Institute of Art, Stockholm. 2020-2022, Rossling was the chairperson of NKF. She is currently based in Malmö.
